Visual Effects


I am an enthusiastic and committed technical director with a creative problem-solving mentality and a sound skill set covering a diverse range of 3D animation and visual effects.

I have strong interest in the holistic development of both FX and character pipelines, from conception, the development of models, rigs and animation tools, to the implementation of fluid, rigid body, particle, cloth, hair and muscle systems.

The technological innovations within 3D computer graphics have fascinated and excited me throughout my career. My previous experience in architecture and engineering project management, prior to my entering the visual effects industry, offered me the opportunities to integrate the traditional design methodologies with these new technological innovations. This experience has allowed me to design and implement robust and effective pipelines.

I am proactive and, with a logical approach to challenges, have proven to perform well in the pressure of high profile, deadline and cost driven projects
